Manchester United target Victor Osimhen is interested in joining Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich, according to a reliable source.
Osimhen has been heavily linked with a move to Old Trafford this summer, with Erik ten Haag at the top of the striker’s list.
People’s Daily reported last month that Osimhen has one eye on a move to United when the window opens.
Osimhen himself is on record as saying that playing in the Premier League is his dream. However, if the player can live up to Florian Plettenberg’s report, he looks set to make an impressive U-turn.

Striker Osimhen is not the only striker United and Bayern Munich could face off against in the summer.
The Bavarian club are fans of Harry Kane, who is on United’s radar. Bayern are looking to replace Robert Lewandowski, who left the Allianz Arena to join Barcelona.
Last week, Bayern director Hasan Salihamidzic confirmed that the club is looking to sign a goalscorer.
Salihamidzic reiterated that he will speak to Thomas Tuchel before deciding which targets to pursue. Osimhen looks like a legitimate option.
“Of course we’ll sit down and see what we do in the transfer market,” Bayern director Hasan Salihamidzic told SkyDE on whether to sign a new striker this summer.
