For most of us, this is a sweet but ultimately unrecognizable family photo. However, one sly commenter saw something else.

“Oh my god,” one commenter wrote. “Zach has different shoes than those Adidas shoes.”

For those of us who never notice a pair of shoes in our lives, let alone identify a shoe brand, you might wonder what this commenter means.

However, Tori knew exactly what they meant. She commented to make this clear.

“Thanks for watching!!!” Tori responded to the hateful comment.

She also used a series of clapping emojis.

It looks like Zach is clapping for wearing different shoes. In context, she may also be enjoying the commenter’s feelings.

Sometimes people find a particular piece of clothing very comfortable. Most – not on reality television – don’t give it a second thought. Oftentimes, it’s weird to comment on someone if they always wear a different type of leg or are always sleeveless. It’s up to that person.

Some fans seem to have noticed that Zac wears one pair of shoes for all occasions. Again, that’s pretty common, but it stands out in the world of reality television.

Apparently, Tori also noticed. Perhaps this is something she and Zach discussed. We don’t know if she wrote to encourage Zach or to throw shade at the commenter. It can be both.

At the end of last year Small people, big world Viewers got a glimpse of some of Tori and Zach’s marital struggles.

Tori admits that her responsibilities as a mother left her feeling exhausted. She felt underappreciated (that part is on her) and tired.

Even this year, on social media, Tory expressed the same tiredness. Carrying her entire family on her shoulders is not easy – no matter their height.
