Eintracht Frankfurt are ready to accept a bid for Man United's Randall Kolo Muani.

Manchester United manager Erik ten Haag is worried about the absence of his top scorer heading into the first leg of the Europa League quarter-finals.

Marcus Rashford has scored 28 goals this season, a personal best, and his goals have accounted for more than 30 percent of United’s goals in European competition.

The manager confirmed in his pre-match press conference that the Mancunian is out for a few games and without a goal United will be in a world of pain.

ETH has a major attacker headache to tackle.

The Dutch boss will have no choice but to rely on the injury-prone. Anthony Martial and loan signing Wot Wegerst look to add two more trophies to their silverware.

This untimely injury is another reminder that the Reds need to bring in an elite striker next season. The choice of the former Ajax coach is nothing unusual.

United have been linked with the likes of Harry Kane, Victor Osimhen and Goncalo Ramos to name a few, but the sale of the club and subsequent transfer budget will be allocated to the Ten Hag.

Another name constantly being mentioned is Eintracht Frankfurt star Randall Kolo Muani and according to Sport Bild (via Sport Witness) the 20-time English league champions have made a ‘very realistic bid’ for the versatile striker.

The report also mentions that uncertainty over the re-signing process is ‘holding up’ the Frenchman’s summer contract.

United offered to Kolo Muani

The French international has been in impressive form scoring 19 goals and providing 14 assists in all competitions. He scored a goal and assisted each of them when France qualified for the World Cup final.

Realizing the demand their star is generating, the Europa League champions are holding a transfer fee in excess of €100 million.

United are said to have inquired about Muani’s services in January, with Ten Haag assessing his ‘power and technique’ as well as his defensive tenacity.

The move makes more sense, with the player himself saying he considers the Old Trafford side his “favourite club” and would be open to a move to Manchester.
