Barber dressed as K-9 officer to meet Megan the stallion, court records show
It was held at 8 p.m., shortly before Meghan took the stage.
The 28-year-old man was booked into the Harris County Jail over the weekend after being charged with impersonating a government employee.
Attorneys say Stevenson, a barber in Houston, lacked the qualifications of any law enforcement officer and wore a police K-9 outfit but did not have a dog with him.
On Monday, the judge granted Stevenson a $15,000 bond. KHOU Reports. Stevenson, who has no prior convictions, was arrested after the hearing, according to court records.

Stevenson’s arrest “is a criminal matter,” prosecutors said at Monday’s hearing
“This is still a serious crime,” prosecutor Matthew Jackson told Eyewitness News during Monday’s hearing.
“Megan T. Stallion is a great draw, a big draw, especially here in Houston, but this is still a serious crime. You can’t go and impersonate an officer to get into a concert venue,” said prosecutor Matthew Jackson.
The Final Four Music Festival is a registration-free event during the weekend of the NCAA Men’s Final Four KPRC.
At the festival, Megan T Stallion performed on Friday and Lil Nas X on Saturday. Tim McGraw and Keith Urban will headline the festival on Sunday.
