Cleveland Browns Defensive tackle Perrion Winfrey was arrested Monday on charges of assaulting a woman in Texas that “caused bodily harm,” according to court records.
Winfrey, 22, is facing felony charges after prosecutors say he grabbed a woman by the arm and dragged her “causing bodily harm,” FOX 26 reported. Harris County Court Records.

The woman was calledLove relationshipwith Winfrey, according to court records.
Winfrey was arrested at 7 a.m. Monday and released on $1,000 bond.

It was decided not to have any contact with the plaintiff.
Browns spokesman The group said in a statement Wednesday that it was “aware of the situation and gathering more information.”
