Allen Lazard provides the perfect arm for Aaron Rodgers trade rumors

The topic of the Aaron Rodgers trade has been rife throughout the week, and it’s no surprise that a few Jets players, including Allen Lazard, don’t want to talk about it.

It’s easy to see why Aaron Rodgers’ title was raised. New York Jets The wide Allen Lazard. On the one hand, Rodgers helped Lazard carve out a respectable career in Green Bay. That’s one reason the Jets signed him earlier this offseason..

On the other hand, Lazard is nothing more than “Aaron Rodgers’ friend” on the busy streets of NYC.

After joining the Jets, Lazard expressed nothing but confidence. About Rodgers’ trade in the near future, but that doesn’t mean he wants to discuss it every time he’s in public.

While hanging out at a club recently, Lazard was spotted surrounded by girls holding neon signs, one of which read, “Stop asking me about Aaron.”

When you see neon colors and all-caps, people probably get a clue.

Allen Lazard is struggling to comment on the Aaron Rodgers trade rumors.

Lazard grew into a starting role against the Green Bay Packers in 2019, starting 40 games over the past four years, putting up strong numbers but taking a backseat to then-Packers star Davante Adams.

He will be reunited with former Packers offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hackett, who signed a four-year, $44 million deal with the Jets last month from 2019 to 2021.

With all the drama surrounding Rodgers, the Jets have no urgency to trade for the veteran quarterback and are currently floating in limbo waiting for the Packers to offer a fair trade package, which almost certainly doesn’t include New York’s first-round pick in 2023.

The Jets are enduring. Lazard is patient. Barring a scandalous revelation, a Rodgers trade should happen sometime this offseason. In the meantime, hold off on Rodgers’ talk around Lazard.
